Allow Amaya to enable/disable OpenGL hardware acceleration on Windows platforms.

Unix, MacOSX, Windows users need the following patch http://samoa.inrialpes.fr/msw.glcanvas.cpp_wx_gl_not_accelerated.patch
To install it, just type :
# cd wxWidgets
# wget http://samoa.inrialpes.fr/msw.glcanvas.cpp_wx_gl_not_accelerated.patch
# patch -p0 <msw.glcanvas.cpp_wx_gl_not_accelerated.patch
Then compile Amaya with a simple make.
