JK: cleaned the code. Removed all the refs. to the libwww RDF parser
and to the raptor stand-alone parser, as we're compiling with redland
now.

JK: renamed the triple_handler to as_triple_handler as it's entering
into conflict (!) with the triple handler of AHTrdf2annot.c, even
if it's a static function... gcc problems?
Small bug fix: the parser returns zero if succesful and this
was being considered the opposite.

-Update to redland 0.9.16
-New bookmark operations (separators, collections, move) and bug fixes.
-Opening multiple bookmark files.

You won't be able to compile unless you install the latest redland:

and follow the usual instructions for compiling Amaya with redland.
Windows won't compile after this commit until I update the makefiles.

JK: The new raptor included in redland requires a specific init/finish
calls. When using redland, those calls are made directly thru the
redland's init/finish higher level calls.

JK: Intermediate changes that allow to compile with redland/raptor
or with the standalone libraptor (as included in Amaya). Will become
redland only once DB releases it!

JK: First try at converting ANNOTschemas.c to use raptor instead
of libwww's XML parser. Some optimizations can still be done.
Removed an include to libwww's stuff.

Use subtypes for Reply that are subclasses of thread#Reply, not of
annotation-ns#Annotation.  This also adds a thot.rc variable
REPLY_DEFAULT_TYPE (parallel to ANNOT_DEFAULT_TYPE) so the user can
configure the type for new replies.

Add support for specifying annotation icon based on annotation type.

This version includes the ability to use the Raptor RDF parser:

 http://www.redland.opensource.ac.uk/raptor/

instead of the libwww RDF parser.  By default, the libwww RDF parser
is used but the Raptor parser can be used by defining RAPTOR_RDF_PARSER
when compiling this file.

Establish a default annotation type by searching the subclasses for one
named '...Comment'.  Let the user change this through a new resource
ANNOT_DEFAULT_TYPE, which can be either a full URI for a Class or the
localname part (e.g. 'Advice') which will then be searched in the schema.

Merge exp_AnnotAuthUser branch into main branch.  This will display three
additional fields in the annotation metadata if the server supplies them,
else nothing will display.

Experimental support for displaying authenticated user information
from an Annotea service.  This adds three fields to the annotation
metadata and changes some interfaces in ANNOTschema.  This is
checked-in to a branch tagged exp_AnnotAuthUser so that Jose can
look it over and decide whether to merge it.

Capture the namespace name of the annotation schema from annot.schemas.
Relocate all other hard-coded namespace names to annotlib.h to make
future maintenance easier.

Reload the annotation schemas completely after changing the
annotation configuration.

Use {APP_DIR,THOTDIR/config}/annot.schemas to configure the annotation
schemas instead of ANNOT_SCHEMA from the registry.  Fix a bug in DELETE;
we were sending the wrong URI.  Request application/xml instead of
application/rdf when querying and reading annotations.  Drop the old
"positive comment", "flame", and "(comment)" fallback types.  Establish
basic infrastructure for enabling locally specific annotation subtypes.

Return the annotation type properly from the selection dialogue.
Delay updating the local annotation index until after the annot file
is written so all the properties have their final value -- including
type.  Add some fencepost tests to FindRDFResource and FindRDFStatement
to protect from callers who pass invalid arguments.

Find the correct RDF resource by name.  This fix makes the types show with
the correct labels.

Add ANNOT_SCHEMA resource to permit identifying the location of the
annotation schema file, including a local file cached copy.  Create
such a locally cached copy in the config directory.
