JK: new annotation menus

New feature: display the source code of an HTML page in a separate
  window and "synchronize" that window with the other views of the
  same HTML page.
Implementation is not complete yet: you can edit in the source view,
  but DON'T save it.
  Many buttons and menus in the source window have still to be removed
  or disabled.
